USCIS Now Accepts Electronics Signatures During the COVID-19 Pandemic

In case you missed this, USCIS recently announced that they are now accepting all benefit forms and documents with reproduced original signatures (e-signatures) if your application submission is dated on March 21st, 2020 or later. What does this mean? It means you can scan, fax, or photocopy your original document containing the original handwritten signature and submit that reproduced document to USCIS. This is a temporary change and it only applies to signatures. Don't forget to save your original documents for later reference!

See more information on USCIS's website.
