Between 8 am to 8 pm (EST), the samples will be delivered within 1 or 2 hours after the payment is processed. If the payment is processed outside this time frame mentioned (EST), you usually can expect the document in your inbox in 3~5 hours, in some cases, you may receive the purchased document the next business day the latest unless otherwise notified.

Refunds
